UTCA — feature overview and setup guide
01 · INTRO

What it is and who it’s for

UTCA is a Telegram bot for automating publications in channels of any topic.

What it can do

  • 🔎 Real research. Pulls fresh material from RSS feeds + live Google search via Gemini. Downloads original articles and retells them in your style, with no hallucinations.
  • 🎯 Your style. Set the Tone of Voice (formality, humor, sarcasm), keywords, forbidden phrases — the bot writes exactly like that.
  • 📚 Any niche in a minute. Describe your channel in one sentence — Gemini generates the profile: topic, audience, tone, rubrics.
  • 📑 Rubrics and balance. News / Longread / Tools / Humor / Tips. The bot won’t post three humor pieces in a row — it keeps the proportions.
  • 📋 Content plan in Google Doc/Sheets. The bot picks the next topic on its own and marks published ones with ✅ right in your sheet.
  • 🎨 Branded images. Upload references and a logo — AI generates in your style via Nano Banana / Imagen 4 / FLUX.
  • 🤖 3 automation modes. Manual approve / Full auto / Off.
  • 🌐 Multiple channels in one bot, each with its own profile and schedule.
  • 🛡 Duplicate protection. Won’t post the same article twice — keeps 14 days of history + semantic dedup.
  • 🔑 Your own API keys — Gemini (free), OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek. Stored encrypted (AES-128 + HMAC).

Who it’s for

  • Marketers and SMMs — automate the content plan, post in the brand’s voice
  • Businesses — the channel runs 24/7 without an in-house editor
  • Enthusiasts — build a channel on any topic and forget about manual posting

  5. ➕ New channel → describe the channel in one sentence. Gemini will generate the profile automatically.
  6. 🌐 Telegram channel → enter @your_channeladd the bot as a channel admin with the "Post messages" right. More on this in the next section.
  7. 🚀 Publish a post now → the bot sends you a shortlist → pick a material → the post goes live.

Done. Next — set up the schedule, and it runs on its own.

03 · IMPORTANT

The bot has to be a channel admin

⚠️ Without this the bot can’t publish. It’s a Telegram requirement, no way around it. This is where people get stuck most often — so it gets its own section.

How to make the bot an admin

  1. Open your Telegram channel.
  2. Tap the channel name at the top → Manage Channel.
  3. Administrators section → Add Admin.
  4. In the search type @AutoPosting_REPRESIDIUM_bot → pick it.
  5. Enable the "Post Messages" permission. You don’t have to enable the rest.
  6. Save changes.

What to check if the bot isn’t publishing

  • The bot is actually in the channel’s admin list.
  • The bot has the "Post Messages" right enabled.
  • The channel username in the Mini App matches the real one (no typos, starts with @).
  • For private channels — add the bot as admin the same way, and use the numeric channel ID instead of @username in the Mini App.
💡 No need to give the bot extra rights (delete messages, ban users, etc.). The minimum is just "Post Messages".

  • Exclude (stopwords) — material with these words is ignored
  • Audience — description, pains, interests

🧠 Editor prompt

A text field with global AI instructions. Applied to every generation on top of ToV.

Example: "Write concretely, no fluff. Every statement must rest on a fact from the source. Avoid clichés like ‘rapidly evolving’."

📑 Rubrics

  • Share — what part of posts should be of this rubric
  • Max in a row — no more than N in a row (balancer switches)
  • Prompt hint — how exactly to write in this rubric
  • Ignore content plan — for this rubric the bot goes to research, not the plan
  • RSS over Google — if RSS has enough fresh material, Gemini isn’t called
