What needed
to be done.

The client came in for the full cycle: development, SEO, SMM, and ad operations. Clients like this are especially valuable — specialists from different disciplines work directly, with no approval bottlenecks.

TASK / 01

SEO during development

Build SEO requirements in before the site launch: correct structure, technical settings, baseline semantics. So you get results from day one of indexation, instead of patching holes later.

TASK / 02

Comprehensive promotion

Full service spectrum on an ongoing basis: Google and local search promotion, link profile, content marketing, technical optimization, and UX.

TASK / 03

Domain migration

Moving the project from .com.ua to .ua with minimal traffic loss and rankings preserved. All technical settings and shepherding the full domain consolidation.

NICHE SPECIFICS

Auto parts —
a special case.

Promoting an auto parts e-commerce has very specific search demand. Standard playbooks won’t bring you much traffic — you have to factor in how buyers actually search.

01

Part numbers (OEM codes)

Users search not just by part name but by catalog numbers. Pages must be optimized for those SKUs — these queries often have higher search demand than category pages.

02

Vehicle compatibility

A single part can have dozens of analogs from different manufacturers and fit multiple car makes and models. The product card has to show the full compatibility matrix — it cuts returns and lifts conversion.

03

Filters by parameters

Filters by model, year, engine type, and other parameters collect long-tail traffic with clear intent. It’s the most conversion-friendly stream — the user already knows what they need.

WHAT WAS DONE

Step by step.
From brief to domain.

01

Keyword set and technical audit

First step — collecting the keyword set, which became the basis for the site structure. In parallel — a technical audit during development. All recommendations were implemented by the developers before launch, so the project hit the index without errors. That saved 2–3 months usually spent on reindexing fixes.

02

Content strategy and link building

After handing the project to development — work on content: briefs for commercial-page texts. In parallel — a link-building strategy with detailed competitor analysis and channel selection tuned to the niche.

03

Indexation control

After launch and initial indexation — close monitoring: catching duplicates, indexation errors, crawl-budget issues. Indexation was accelerated through social signals, internal linking, XML/HTML sitemaps, and other tactics.

04

First results in 2–3 months

First positions and traffic started coming in by month 2–3 after launch. That gave us the runway to ramp up link work while keeping penalty risk low. Strategy core — crowd and outreach links, plus anchor and profile diversity.

05

.com.ua → .ua migration

Once the project was already leading the niche, a migration to the main .ua domain became necessary. For a project with high SEO traffic, this is a serious move: tight coordination between SEO and developers, staged switching, gluing control. The migration was successful — temporary traffic swings during 1–3 months are normal until Google fully merges the domains.

RESULTS

Started — at zero.
Now — and still growing.

A snapshot of real organic traffic from analytics across the summer period. You can clearly see the weekly B2B seasonality (weekends lower, weekdays higher) and a consistent month-over-month uptrend.

WHAT’S NEXT

The roadmap.
No slowing down.

01

Blog: repair manuals

Growing the blog with how-to articles on truck part repairs. Attracts the right audience, lifts engagement, and gathers organic traffic on info queries.

02

Content optimization

Targeted edits of SEO articles that don’t rank high enough yet. Improving relevance and intent match — to push positions up.

03

Link building

Link building stays a priority. The focus is on link profile diversity: crowd, outreach, niche platforms.

04

Pushing top 10 into top 3

Targeted on-page optimization of pages already in the top 10 to move them into the top 3: content, internal linking, commercial factors, behavioral.
