Designer furniture
in Google’s top.
Full SEO cycle for a designer furniture e-commerce in the premium segment. From 80 to 1,200 users/day in 4 months. "Sofas" — 2nd in Google, "Beds" — 5th.
What we had
at the start.
The project arrived with a minimal promotion footprint: only 3 pages for main categories (Furniture, Sofas, Beds) and 80 users per day — almost entirely brand traffic. The goal was to capture visibility in Ukraine’s designer furniture niche.
High-volume queries in Google’s top
Push the most competitive commercial queries like "Sofas" and "Beds" to the first page in the premium designer furniture segment.
Expand semantic coverage
Turn 3 base categories into a full catalog with dozens of landing pages by size, style, material — and capture long-tail demand.
Multi-fold traffic growth
From 80 users/day (almost entirely branded) — to thousands from non-branded organic search.
Designer furniture —
not a "click & buy" purchase.
Premium furniture has a long decision cycle, demands brand expertise, aesthetics, and visual content. Miss any of these — the client goes to a competitor.
Long sales cycle
Nobody picks a €3–4K sofa in 5 minutes. Content has to keep the visitor on site, answer their questions, and build trust.
Extended filters
"Beds" is a generic category query. "King-size oak beds" is a clear buy intent. Filter structure turns a generic catalog into dozens of precise landing pages.
Expert content
A blog on furniture care and interior design isn’t "info posts for traffic" — it’s a retention tool that builds the brand’s expert authority.
From 3 pages
to a full catalog.
Extended filter structure
From 3 base pages (Furniture, Sofas, Beds) we built out a full filter structure: sizes, styles, materials, colors. Every combination — a separate landing for long-tail queries like "King-size beds", "Velvet corner sofas", etc.
Content marketing via the blog
Launched a blog along two tracks: furniture care (how to clean velvet, how to restore leather) and interior design (matching furniture to a style). Content retains visitors and reinforces brand expertise.
On-page and priority promotion
Full on-page optimization of every catalog page. Active work on priority commercial queries "Sofas" and "Beds" — the main commercial entry points. In 4 months — 2nd and 5th in Google.
Crowd marketing
A second channel: popularizing the designer interior items on themed forums, in roundups and discussions. At peak — up to 500 visits per day from crowd sources.
Handover to maintenance
Once core positions and traffic stabilized — the client moved the project to maintenance mode and redirected the freed-up budget to paid search. The result: SEO keeps working, paid search amplifies.
Was 80.
Now 1,200 + 500 crowd.
In 4 months — organic traffic grew from 80 to 1,200 users/day (15× from almost zero) and 83% of queries are in top 10. In parallel, crowd marketing brings up to 500 visits/day at peak. Page depth grew from 1.1 to 3.2% — visitors actually explore the catalog.
The most competitive commercial queries in the niche. "Sofas" — 2nd, "Beds" — 5th in Google. Tens of thousands of monthly searches each, with dozens of strong competitors in the SERPs.
